Summer Concert Series Call for Entries

Showcase your music at the Library this summer by submitting an application to perform at one of The City Library's summer concert series! Concerts will be hosted at four City Library locations and will highlight all styles of music.

You can fill out the online application below or complete our fillable application [PDF], print, and deliver it to the Main Library or Day-Riverside, Marmalade, or Sprague branches.

Applications will be accepted through Monday, May 15, 2017.

Please read the following information

Applications are due no later than Monday, May 15, 2017. All applicants will be contacted within two weeks of this date to be notified whether they have been selected to perform.

• Use your submitted photograph or music samples on their website, YouTube channel, or other use without fee.
• Record your performance with audio, video, and photographic recordings which may be used on the Library website, YouTube channel, or any other use without fee.

• Library staff will arrange a suitable date for your performance.
• Musicians agree to notify Library of cancellation no later than two weeks prior to event.
• The City Library will provide a modest PA system, including microphones, mic stands, mic cables, and power strips. Any monitors, or other needed equipment, should be provided by the band itself.
• The Library does not charge for admission and performers will not be paid for their participation. Performers will be allowed to sell merchandise.
