New year, new you! Don't let your resolution fall by the wayside: work on your core strength and your overall health with this series of free Pilates mat and barre classes. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

Jan 5 · Mat Class
This class will work out your powerhouse— abdominals, lower back muscles, hips, glutes, and pelvic floor. These exercises help improve flexibility and connect your breathing.

Feb 2 · Barre Class
This class uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines. We'll use chairs for balance and incorporate equipment such as small handheld weights, small balls, and therabands for an energetic, creative, and fun cardio workout.

Mar 2 · Mat Class
This class will work out your powerhouse— abdominals, lower back muscles, hips, glutes, and pelvic floor. These exercises help improve flexibility and connect your breathing.
