The City Library's Kids' Summer Reading Program takes place June 4–August 13, 2011
Explore the world this summer with The City Library's One World, Many Stories Kids' Summer Reading Program! Pick up your reading passport at any City Library location. Each day you read at least 20 minutes, color in one animal. When you reach a "compass" in your passport, bring it to any City Library for a prize. When you have colored all the animals you may enter the big prize drawing, held at the end of Summer Reading.
Babies and toddlers can get into the summer reading fun, too, with It's a Small World, a summer reading program designed for our youngest friends. Families who read with their babies and toddlers at least 10 minutes a day for 14 days get a prize; read for another 14 days, get another prize!
