Join The City Library and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a two-day, beginning workshop on grant writing. At the workshop, you'll gain a greater understanding of what it takes to create a competitive grant application for your organization. You'll also learn about common factors in grant proposals, working with partners, how to evaluate success, and more. Grant writers will also learn about the City Library's grant seeking databases and will be given instruction on how to use the Foundation Center's Foundation Directory Online database to search grants and grantmakers.
Registration for this workshop is required. If you have questions, please call 801-524-6076 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Time will be given during the workshop for lunch and breaks.
